If the above doesn’t work, to further address the issue, please kindly sign out of your Office account from your Mac, start Keychain Access and clear the stored credentials in your Mac to see if it helps. If the issue persists, to see if it is related to your account, please sign into Office 365 Homepage in a browser to see if the issue persists.
